Questions, answered
Is Unshakeable right for you?
Clear, honest answers — no fear, no pressure, no fighting.
Do I need to be strong or fit to learn personal safety?
No. Unshakeable is built for people who will never be in a fight and don't want to be. The framework leads with awareness, avoidance, and your voice — physical skills come last and only as a backup. You don't need strength, fitness, or any martial arts experience to feel safer straight away.
How does Unshakeable differ from a traditional self-defence class?
Most self-defence classes start with technique and end with practice. Unshakeable starts with understanding — why we freeze, how to spot trouble early, and how to avoid it entirely. Physical responses are the final step, not the first. It's calm, plain-spoken, and built around everyday situations like walking to the car or travelling on public transport.
What will I learn in the free webclass?
In one free live hour with Dan Thomas you'll learn why we freeze and how to thaw, three things you can use the moment the session ends, and the full seven-step Unshakeable Framework. It's live, not a recording — you can ask your questions. There's nothing to be fit for and no kit needed; join from your sofa.
What are the seven steps in the Unshakeable Framework?
Spot, Avoid, Assess, Create Space, Create a Barrier, Use Your Voice, and Physical Protection. Each step gives you options before the next, so most situations never reach a physical response. Dan teaches the whole framework on the free webclass and in the Masterclass.
